How to Request a Exchange & Return

 

To request a refund, simply email us on info@dimplecollection.in with your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a return. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

EXCHANGE & Return Policy

 

At Dimple Collection, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.

 

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, have sizing issues, or are lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@dimplecollection.in with details of the product and the defect. Also do share a Unboxing Video showing the Product and Defect that you detected while opening. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement.

 

It is required that you are not accepting damaged packages when received from a courier company so that we can claim the insurance on them. We will only be able to claim it if you have not accepted the shipment and informed us about the same and we will be able to provide a refund or exchange.

 

It is highly recommended that you do an unboxing video while opening the package to ensure that the product was not damaged due to the courier company's fault and that we can easily fix it for you. If there is no unboxing video, your claim will be rejected, and/or it may take time for us to get it fixed. 

 

If there is still a defect in the product, we are happy to fix that for you as per the exchange policy.

 

We are committed to provide best quality products and services to our customer. In case if you are unsatisfied with our product and service, you may contact us using our customer support number or send a feedback email on info@dimplecollection.in. We will revert back at the earliest with a solution.  

 

There will be "No Exchange/Return & No Refund" for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever. 

 

  • The customer can apply for a return within 48 hours from the hour of delivery due to any manufacturing defect or the item is completely different what was shown on website. In that case customer can share us the UN-Boxing Video for the same. 

 

  • Return of products purchased under any offer or discount is not possible.

 

  • In case of any other complaints about product or our service you can email info@dimplecollection.in, within 48 hours from the hour of delivery.

 

  • DIMPLE COLLECTION does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product if customer returns any product, before receiving confirmation from info@dimplecollection.in

 

  • Returns are only for items that are damaged / defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.

 

  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

 

  • Returns are subject to approvals.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

Fabrics such as net, all types of silk, satin, cotton, linen, Velvet, Japanese Saphire etc. do not come with any kind of Guarantee.

Guidelines

 

  • Returned merchandise should be sent in the original condition with all Tags Intact. Used merchandise will not be sent back again and will disable any further exchange or returns.

  • In case Dimple Collection has made the product as per the customer's measurement or if the product is "Made to Order"(Made on Customer Request with Timeline above 10 Days) while placing the order, we follow the “No Return No Exchange” policy. In this case, shall not refund any amount under any circumstances whatsoever.

 

  • COD & online payments are refundable with a minimum deduction of 10% of the total amount. Courier and restocking charges of Rs.200 per 1 kg volumetric weight are applicable or the customer can opt for a 100% credit note which is valid for a lifetime.

 

  • When it comes to exchanges, customers are required to take the initiative by sending the item themselves. It's important to note that if any damage or loss occurs during transit, the customer bears full responsibility for it. If the customer prefers us to handle the pickup, there will be a flat charge of Rs 200/- per KG applied (Average weight for Kurta Sets /Jacket Kurta Sets / Waist Coat is 3 to 3.5 KG & Indo Western / Jodhpuris / Sherwani (9 to 10 KG) / Tuxedo is 6.5 to 7.5 KG. Additionally, it's important to remember that the exchange option is available only once per customer.

 

  • In the event that a customer initiates an exchange or refund request and subsequently becomes unresponsive to our attempts at communication via calls, messages, or email for a duration of 24 to 48 hours, this will be regarded as a breach of our Exchange & Retun Policy. As a result, the customer will forfeit their eligibility to claim any exchange or refund. However, If there may be genuine reasons for this lack of communication, and we encourage customers facing such situations to reach out through official and professional channels to address their concerns. We are committed to providing assistance and resolving issues in a fair and reasonable manner.

  • If the outer packing of the product is damaged then immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product, before accepting the package from the courier company. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark as proof on the delivery document. Also, do make an unboxing video which can be used as proof with the shipping company and can be used as a hassle-free refund or exchange.

  • We strive to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in case the item is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect, dimplecollection.in shall agree to provide a credit note to be used by the customer for further purchase. No refund will be provided in such a case

  • Return of products purchased under any offer or discount is not possible.

  • We recommend Professional Dry Cleaning for all products sold on our website.

  • Fabrics such as net, all types of silk, satin, cotton, linen, Japanies Sapahire etc. do not come with any kind of Guarantee.

  • The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with all tags intact as it will be checked at our end.

  • Dimple Collection reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is eligible for exchange.

  • The exchange is subject to the availability of the ordered product. We would request you to inform us within 24 hours. If the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of the same value or request for a Credit Note.

  • The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit

  • The address label on the package must be affixed properly, Dimple Collection will not be responsible if a product is shipped by a customer and gets lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging.

  • Please note that we designed each box to deliver your shipment in immaculate condition. To ensure that the Return you send to us is safe and secure, we have designed the box to bring back the merchandise in the same condition. Furthermore, this ensures that the purchase you return to us is safe and secure and reaches us without any tampering from any other third party.

  • Exchange requests can be entertained only ONCE. Most of the merchandise we sell is made on demand and If you are not sure about your size, please contact us or refer to our size chart before placing your order, Dimple Collection holds the right not to accept any returns/exchanges from customers who will abuse the above Return and Exchange policy.

  • To return your product for some reason, you should mail to info@dimplecollection.in within 24 hours to initiate reverse pickup (if possible from your pin code).

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item if reverse pickup is not available at your Pincode. All types of Shipping & Packaging costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if we don’t have reverse pickup available at your Pincode. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Order once placed cannot be cancelled as all orders are shipped immediately, you can write to our customer support team at info@dimplecollection.in within 24 hours. In case the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded to you within 72 business hours after the cancellation request. There can be a deduction of 5% payment fee applicable in such cases.

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the bank’s policy delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, UPI should be available within 24 - 72 hours.

 

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place of your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change to your order, you can inform us of changes to your order within 24 hours at info@dimplecollection.in or +91 8979366331

If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the bank’s policy delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 - 72 hours. Also, a minimum of 10% will be deducted from the total amount as a restocking fee. and the rest will be credited or the customer can opt for a 100% credit note which is valid for a lifetime.
